One-2-One Breathwork In-person or Online- 6 Sessions
Experience first hand the power breathwork has to decompress the body, helping you let go of pent up stress, anxiety and held emotions. During this session you will have the experience of using Conscious Connected Breath (a specific breathing technique) in a safe, cozy and comfortable environment to transform your trauma, tension, trapped emotions and come into a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and gentle process that encourages everyone to explore, experience, express and release whats held or trapped in their body. It is deeply healing, energizing and suitable for almost all people.
My breathwork sessions can either be held in-person or online. So depending on whether you’re based in Japan or Devon, I can help you.
