Why…

I am a deeply compassionate Breathwork Science and Trauma practitioner driven by an unwavering desire to guide individuals towards overcoming their emotional pain, master stress and resolve life’s challenges. Liberating people sits at the core of my practice, which  integrates cutting edge physiological science and protocols to deliver impactful and lasting transformations. 

Stress Mastery:

Your breath frequency and depth is directly connected to your inner state, your inner state reflects your capacity for stress resilience. The way you breathe is driven by unconscious breathing patterns and behaviours which are intrinsically linked to your perceptions, coping mechanisms and beliefs. Your breath is a highly influential aspect of your physiological health, it governs how you feel on a sensory level and influences how your energy is being used.

Whilst breathing is a as vital life giving function, its dysfunction greatly influences the impact of stress, cell degeneration, fatigue, anxiety, pressure on heart health and more. Mastering your breath functionality is vital to longevity and overall well being.

Trauma and Emotional dysregulation:

When unconscious memories and beliefs are not processed fully, they can continue to unconsciously influence thoughts, emotions and behaviour. This can lead to the repetition of negative thoughts patterns, behaviours and responses. It can also lead to misunderstandings and conflicts in relationships, prevent personal growth and hinder the ability to effectively and naturally regulate emotions and behaviour, preventing you from accessing who you really are, deep down inside.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic breathing practice that offers you a gateway to transformation and self-mastery by accessing unprocessed emotion in your body and improved Nervous System regulation. It is an unwinding journey home to your pure essence. I share this medicine with you so that you can liberate yourself and discover the person you are truly capable to becoming. 

About me…

Throughout my life, I often found myself lost in contemplation, trying to discern the essence of my true self. I had a sense of who I really was, but seemed unable to have access to that true self. Who would I be if my past had unfolded differently? My confused interaction with life was heavily skewed by the distorted lens of my past, which caused a blurring of my perspective. As a result, I would find myself confused, uncertain and distanced from my real self.   I had unconsciously disconnected from my body, unaware that my internal, visceral world was often in disarray, which heavily influenced my mind. I spent most my life marvelling at how others seemed to interact with their own lives, connected, present, happy.  


When Conscious Connected Breathwork found its way into my life it became the most profound and unexpected, transformative journey. It showed me that the cacophony of felt senses in my body was being orchestrated via my nervous system, not my mind. I was completely unaware that my nervous system was constructing and conducting my reality, that it was responsible for how I thought, felt and reacted to life.  This realisation and relief became the most empowering, liberating moment in my life. I finally understood what was happening to me, why I would over-react; under-react; numb-out; feel anxious; or feel overwhelmed, or feel just anything. I understood that feeling was first and thought came second. Knowing this was the key to the door of a whole new way of living and Breathwork was the path that got me to that door. 

Having worked deeply with a high volume of clients my curiosity as to how the body responds and the physiological influences that were creating change grew exponentially. This lead me to undertaking a Breath Science Practitioner Certification which fundamentally transformed my practice to a level of understanding and expertise, I am now equipped with the capacity to work with acute symptoms with individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental and physiological health challenges. Helping resolve chronic stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, emotional dysregulation, dysfunctional breathing.

What I do…

Leveraging cutting edge Science I create a Bespoke programme for you that transforms your innate response to stress, anxiety, sleep, performance. With measurable tests that expose your physiological sensitivities and vulnerabilities I am able to create a programme that directly works with your breathing mechanics, biochemistry and nervous system regulation.

For those also suffering with unresolved emotional pain, the option to synergise Conscious Connected Breathwork as part of your personal program is also available.

Conscious Connected Breathwork transformations

I create powerful Breathwork journey’s that will guide you above and beyond your mind’s control. Your journey enables you to experience the power of Breathwork rhythms and flow that lead you into your inner landscape. This particular Breathwork modality uniquely works to transform your neurobiology – the powerful part of your human self that has been entirely influenced and shaped by past experiences and which punctuates and steers every present moment in your life. Your beliefs; your triggers; your capacity to cope with stress; your access to joy and how easily you are able to truly relax are all governed by your autonomic nervous system.  

Our earlier life experiences deeply shape the person we have become. Our bodies, mind and spirit are full expressions of the journey we have taken to this point.  We vulnerably underestimate the harm caused to our internal framework as a result of being part of culture where expression of uneasy emotion is often met by the discomfort of others, creating a harmful culture that normalises emotional suppression from childhood . The harm this causes internal regulation and overall physiology is far-reaching.  

These impressionable years were the years in which your internal world designed its map for life, discovering what felt safe; how you were seen; how your needs were met, how tried to survive. Whether you have experienced trauma or not, we are living a culture that is so far removed from human nature, a culture that is persistently detrimental to our well-being . Our innate and primal design cannot healthily house this suppression and for many this results in serious complications throughout life and particularly in later life, Impacting behaviour detrimentally, both physically and mentally.

How…

The journey begins with an exploration of how to surrender to your breath using Conscious Connected Breathwork flow. I facilitate you to foster and develop a new relationship with your breath, which grows and deepens as we progress. This technique serves to decompress your nervous system and release emotional blocks, resulting in improved regulation. The fastest way to change how you are feeling is through your breathing pattern. Your breath rhythm reflects your inner responses. When you are relaxed your breath rhythm is slow, when you are stressed, anxious, worried, your breath pace is quicker or almost stops entirely.  

Conscious Connected breathing is a practice that serves to give you greater agency over your life. The technique is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy, stimulating your Sympathetic Nervous System. This is your fight and flight response, a physiological response occurring in response to a perceived threat or danger.  

How often do you respond irrationally in life? How many times do you try and talk yourself out of these reactions and fail? This is because your nervous system is a visceral response informed by sensory receptors – eyes, ears, skin, nose and tongue. Constantly surveying and sensing the environment and detecting whether you are safe or not, using past impressionable experiences as the guide.  When life feels more stressful our ability to regulate is further impaired and our capacity for maintaining balance are depleted. And based on the way many live, high-paced and rarely resting restoratively, it is unsurprising that so many suffer with a dysregulated system.  

Our tolerance for life and stress is also shaped by our capacity to self-regulate our nervous system. At times, we may find ourselves in an internal battle, telling ourselves not to respond in certain ways, knowing that they are out of alignment with our true self, or how we know want be responding. We can be overwhelmed by the tidal wave of feelings charging through our bodies and are often left overreacting. This is the result of nervous system dysregulation. When in a state of dysregulation, rational thought fails to influence positive change.
