Women’s Circle is a safe space of stillness, reflection, compassion and care. A nourishing container where you safely step off the carousel of life to be safely held, seen and heard. You are invited to anchor inwardly, to take a deep breath and become inspired by the whispers of your inner wisdom.
Every circle that is held reminds me of our need to be seen, witnessed and to share our medicine together. So often we just keep going, rarely coming up for meaningful air and reflection. This is a space in time where you can pause, breathe, reflect and plant seeds for change.

Please bring with you a journal, a blanket and pillow. Please park on the gravel, the Shipp In can be seen as you drive onto the grounds of High Grange, it is a small out building separate to the house.
